North Aud Block

Three buildings are now proposed: a 12-story, 148’ tall structure backing to Lower Terrace and the I-190, a six-story, 79’ tall building along Main Street, and a small, one-story retail building along the canal. The retail building would be adjacent to the recently-completed Gateway Building at Commercial Street and Perry Boulevard.
